Doesn’t get much more descriptive than this. The International House of Food.
After your meal, you can drive a few hours and have a nightcap at the House of Beer.

Nashville, too. Little dinky hole-in-the-wall with maybe five tables. Good eats, though.
Slightly off-topic is a nearby pub with the modest name of Twin Kegs, but which has the audacity to have on its sign “Internationally Famous” which must mean at least one Canadian or Mexican has been in there.
The thread got me curious enough to check the Nashville phone book (white pages) for “House Of” joints. Here’s a partial list:
Gyro’s (sic)
Hickory BBQ
Pizza
There’s even a “House of Spades” but I hesitate to speculate on what they offer.
We have Pannekoeken Huis, which would be pancake house, I think?
drool An apple pannekoeken with a scoop of cinnamon ice cream drool
In Minneapolis there is a place called House of Balls.
Thankfully it isn’t a restaurant…
My husband and I like to joke that all Massachusetts towns are required by state law to have a [Town name] House of Pizza.
Brookline House of Pizza
Cambridge House of Pizza
Winchester House of PIzza
Arlington House of Pizza
etc etc
It is part of the same statute that sets the minimum distance between Dunkin Donuts stores.
In Madrid, there’s the restaurant Museo del Jamon- “Ham Museum.”
Also in San Francisco is the venerable House of Prime Rib.
In Dublin, California, we had House of Sake but it has recently changed its name to Sushi House of Sake which I’m never quite sure how to parse.
I suggest not eating at the House of Mouse.
Spaghetti House. Do not go there. It is not good food. They reckon they serve “mouthwatering Italian food to generations of Londoners”. No Londoner ever goes there - every branch is always full of sad, disappointed-looking tourists.
House of Pies in LA- Best cream pies.
YES !! I’ve been saying that for years!
You dont need a map or GPS to know where you are in MA because of this fact !
Glad we’re not alone!
One that we used to go to when I was a kid and almost forgotten about: Das Dutchman Essenhaus (translates to the Dutch (as in PA Dutch) Eat House).
I remember eating at one of those years ago in the Bay Area. I had no idea that any were still around.

Are these places all part of the same franchise or are they independent of one another?

House of Wings, NE PA. Best wings ever.
