Housewarming music mix--what songs should I use?

OK, thanks to recent developments, we are going to be hosting a housewarming party in a few months. I would like to compile a music mix of songs that are appropriate to the occasion. Here are the songs I can think of thus far:

Mountain Greenery - Mel Torme
You’d Be So Nice to Come Home To - Dinah Washington
Our House - CSN&Y
This Must Be the Place - Talking Heads
Two of Us - The Beatles
I Need Someone Like You - Fats Waller
Memories Are Made of This - Dean Martin
Homeward Bound - Simon & Garfunkel

An emphasis on House or Home is preferable, but they also should be appropriate to the mood (love, the future, togetherness, etc.). As you can see, most of these songs are also pretty mellow without being cheeseball, so you have a general idea of my tastes.

Any other suggestions?

Nice Work If You Can Get It (“Just imagine someone, standing by the cottage door…”) Billie Holiday, of all people has a version I’m particularly fond of.

Home - Karla Bonoff
El Rancho Grande - Gene Autry
My Own House - David Bromberg
Home Is Where The Heart Is - Sally Fingerette
No Thugs In Our House - XTC
Baby, Let’s Play House - Arthur Gunter
I’m Coming Home - Robert Earl Keen Jr.
Home Sweet Home - Peter Gabriel
Home Sweet Mobile Home - New Duncan Imperials
