A few of you know I moved into a really nice place in Bellaire a couple of weeks ago and we are going to have a big ole Bar-B-Q bash on Saturday, June 9th. Food will be provided (for free! WOOO!), but you will have to bring your own beer/booze (one of my friends should bring a keg of some frosty adult beverage).
I also have a band that should be coming in to play some music as well. All in all it should be a great time and everyone is invited!

Crap. I’ll try to drop by, since Bellaire is only a few miles from my house. But June 10th is when I am leaving for my Big Trip to Siberia and I will probably be running around like a chicken with my head cut off, seeing I have to put all of my experiments on ice for 2 weeks and prepare a 1 hour talk on post-genomic medicine and get my shits together for 2 weeks in the asscrack of the planet. Or maybe that’s Baytown.

hello dont get in here much since I moved to Pflugerville. wish** PurpleBear** was going to be in town, so we could come to the BBQ, but she will be in Dallas. And as for me, I have to work, so guess we will have to pass.
Congrats on the new place, wish I could be there to help break it in.
