How am I not using Pinterest right?

I have a Pinterest account.

Let’s say I do an image search in Google, and one interesting one is a Pinterest image. So I click on it, and…I get a Pinterest page. I click it again, and I get…another Pinterest page. I can do this forever, and never get to the actual, original image. Or the page where the image comes from, where there might be more pictures of the same item,

Or let’s say I want to buy something featured on a Pinterest page. I click and click and never get to the place where I can buy it.

Is there something I’m missing, or is it really this useless?

Yeah, that’s how Pinterest works (or doesn’t work) for me too.

I click on an image, a page comes up with a save button and a visit button, the visit button takes me to the page the image is on.
