How are things at the Pentagon?

I live in New York and endure the typical view of the local media that all news happens in New York City. In the last week, there have been endless discussions on the proposed plans for new buildings and appropriate memorials at the former WTC site.

You wouldn’t know it by any NY papers but there was another attack on September 11. Has the Pentagon been fully restored from the damage it received? If so, was it rebuilt in essentially the same manner as it originally stood? Has there been any memorial placed on the site of the attack?

For that matter, has any memorial plans been made for the site of the plane crash in Pennsylvania?

I saw a news report a few weeks ago on this. The outside of the Pentagon is completely rebuilt, they re-placed one blackened piece of the original outside wall in the rebuilt section as a memorial. Don’t know if things are complete inside yet.
