I have some awsome Buffalo roasts that I want to cut into Steaks. They are presently frozen and have a bone.
I don’t have a suitable saw, so any ideas how I can cut these suckers (relatively straight) into steaks? Hacksaw? Is it OK to do while they are frozen?
Do not use a painted hacksaw blade. You can buy a butchers saw at a good kitchen supply store for about $20 or a local butcher shop might charge you a couple of bucks to cut up the meat. They look like this.
