Not true, when I used to live in the suburbs there was a blood donation place that paid $40 for plasma. Its still there and I know people who have done it about a year ago.
You can always prostitute yourself or blackmail someone.

Bullpucky. There are at least two plasma centers in the town in which I live. I don’t know their rates, but a good friend of mine went regularly.

You can’t sell blood, because they put that in people. You can sell your plasma, because they don’t put it in people. It’s used to make reagents and chemicals and stuff.
