We tried to Tivo the first episode of the reruns of Season 2 of Mad Men and screwed it up royally. No sign of the show on our equipment.
Is there anything we can do to get this episode? Any more reruns planned? Buy a dvd? Search the Tivo in some nonobvious way?
I know the show is often part of the free On Demand offerings on some cable systems, so you could check that.

Do you know any specifics? I don’t think AMC has any on demand.
It’s available on iTunes for $1.99. The episode is called “For Those Who Think Young.”
Thanks, I really appreciate that. We were planning to watch this Season 2 as it comes out and this screwed it up. So I want you to know that this is really a big help.
Also, Hulu probably has the episodes but you need to be in the US to watch.
You could very easily find a torrent of a pirated copy. But only if you promise to feel appropriately guilty. If you subscribe to AMC anyway, and just missed it by technical difficulty, you could tell yourself you are only accessing your backup!
Unless things have changed, Peanut, the SDMB frowns on discussion of illegal file sharing.
Plan B, it’s going to depend on your On Demand settings. I’ve got Comcast, and when you access the On Demand feature, one of the options you can select is TV Shows, which then lists a bunch of shows that are available at that time. If it’s not there you just have to poke around a bit – I’ve found that On Demand (Comcast’s, at least) is extremely poorly organized. But if you’re dogged, you can sometimes find what you’re looking for.
Oh, BTW, I don’t believe Hulu carries the show. But it’s worth checking out.

Unfortunately, Mad Men is not on Hulu. TV.com has episode recaps, but not full episodes or clips.
