I look on the net, and I see lots of listings, but it is all generic products. You know the type, the leather, knives, etc… Where can you really go to find true wholesale products and deals? I know eBay is certainly nowhere to go for information, as all they have are those bum $1 lists, that have no information on it that proves usefull at all.
I know this is an odd question, but I’m just currious where you can REALLY go to get wholesale prices, for either money savings, or to resale, etc…
The notion of “WHOLESALE!!!” prices is a bit of a misnomer.
If you go on Ebay any day of the week you can find deals that are at or below what a typical merchant would buy the items for wholesale. You can go to SAMS club or WALMART and often buy stuff for less than a small merchant could purchase it for “wholesale”.
True wholesalers want nothing to do with people that want to buy stuff one or two at a time. It doesn’t make sense to sell it that way. The best “deals” for individuals out there are via auction re-sellers, liquidators and normal retail store clearance prices and “open box” deals where you can negotiate deals that are well below wholesale for perfectly functional items.
