How comfortable are you with being naked in front of someone else or groups?
If they’re clothed, it is certainly not optimal. It would depend on the person/circumstances to a very high degree. The wife or the dog, no problem.
If they’re naked too, and it’s a social situation, then I generally don’t care.
At work, it’s definitely to be avoided. 
I’m fine with it if people around me are fine with it.
Well, my immediate family is mostly “clothing optional”. Hubby grew up in a very ‘clothing relaxed’ household, and I’ve caught on. I sleep in “God’s pajamas”, and put on a robe when I get up. But if I’m sitting at my desk in the morning (before I get dressed for the day) and get a hot flash, BAM, the robe is thrown wide open. Everyone, shield your eyes!
Hubby and 9YO mudgirl are both prone to walking around in various stages of dress (or undress, if you prefer), including: just a pair of underpants; underpants and shirt; just a pair of sweats or something like that; fully dressed.
In front of others, though? I have more respect for my fellow human than to subject them needlessly to the sight of my naked, scarred body.
Oddly enough, though my oldest daughter (22) is very comfortable hanging around immediate family minimally clothed, my middle daughter (18) is, and has always been, very modest. It’s rare that I’ve seen her (since she was about eight) in anything less than a nightshirt and panties, and more often, full pajamas plus robe.
