I have it turned on. Why doesn’t my sig show?
You have to check “show signatures” before you hit Submit Reply. If you Preview, it turns it back off again, so remember to check the check box right before you hit submit.

I just hit the Reply button to your post and clicked on the Show your signature option. On Preview I got nothing.

I think you found a problem.
