I read that whole discussion, and didn’t find what I was looking for, namely: Does anyone know how these two offspring-of-celebrities met each other, started dating, etc?

Okay, perhaps that’s true on some level, but it’s not like D List celebrities have an official club called The D-Listers where they meet and greet each other (unless I’m sorely mistaken, because admittedly that would be pretty awesome). So how the heck did Frances meet Riley, and how did they fall for each other?
Oh my god, when I typed that last sentence, I came up with a joke- he fell off his skateboard, and she, being Kurt’s daughter, fell off the drug-free wagon.
Celeb kids have a shared life experience that most others can’t relate to. It makes sense that they would network with each other, and the six degrees of separation concept would break down quickly in a clique like this. They also have the means to meet and connect through travel, as they likely frequent many of the same destinations.
As to the question, my Google search gives me nothing. Frances Bean had been off social media when she quietly announced that she was dating Riley, and no reporting I could find indicates where the relationship started.
It did say that she is a visual artist and he’s a pro skateboarder.
