Everybody got run over by a truck, except the Brits, who were run over by a lorry.
Come to find out (after a full body scan) the nun had a copper IUD (from her wild days when “she was on every birth control imaginable”), and her system had slowly built up a systemic allergy to it.
And then everybody was run over by a truck/lorry…
She was allergic to copper; there was a tiny copper cross from some hideous 1960s era birth control device still inside of her all these years and washing the copper pots finally set off a major attack.
