I got so jazzed when I learned they had reunited. Then I was horrified to learn they had passed throughless than a month ago and I missed it. But subsequently, I was relieved to discover they are coming back to Missouri in February…until I attempted to obtain tickets.
On the website for the venue, it gives a street address and hours for the box office and describes methods of payment; but no phone number. And when I try to follow their link to Ticketmaster, it does not let me order tickets. I live well over 100 miles from this venue, and would not anticipate going there until the show. So now I am kind of stuck.
It makes me realise that even though I worked at Ticketmaster 20 years ago and used to go to a lot of bigger events, it has been many years since I went to a show that was not just a casual, admission at the door of the club type deal.
Weird. I just went to Ticketmaster using your link. $44.30 (plus the ticketmaster extortion fee, no doubt) for a General Admission ticket.
I got as far as a “Buy Tickets” button on Ticketmaster, after choosing venue and section and qty. Did you get that far?

If you click on the “Get Tickets” link to the right of the band name, then scroll down, you’ll see
"Box Office Numbers
(816) 753-8665 "
on the right, under the heading “Venue Details”. Might start by calling them.
Okay, maybe it doesn’t work on the iPad. I will try later on a desktop. Thanks and sorry for the false alarm!
I don’t think it was an iPad issue–that site is just really buggy. (Maybe they are the same contractors who made the Obamacare website, LOL.) On multiple attempts, at different stages in the process, it told me “we’re sorry, we cannot process that request” or similar error messages for no apparent reason, and I had to start over. I finally got it to work though–yeah!
