How do I change the email account?

… that is associated with my account here? Or do I need to open a new account with a different screen name?

Go to User Preferences. (Under your Avatar in the upper right hand corner, last of 4 choices)
Click Preferences from the Menu
Edit your Email on the Account screen and follow the prompts.
Save Changes
