I want to design my own website. I am going to buy my website from a certain company. I am new to this whole computer thing. After I buy my domain name how do i program my new website? I have no clue what I am doing :smack: . Any and all help would be appreciated!!! Thank you in advance! 
A few questions…
What kind of website do you want? - what kind of content, how big, etc
What is your current general level of computer literacy? - can you use things like Powerpoint, Word? (NB: I’m not suggesting you use these for the website, just trying to get a bearing) - have you experience of any graphics/drawing programs?
How much time and effort are you wanting to devote to this? Some people will recommend learning to create your website by hand in code, others will recommend using a visual website design program to create it - which of these approaches do you think you might prefer?
There are user friendly website construction sites - no knowledge of HTML code required - Tripod is one (the one I use); there are others but I cannot think of them right now
Google “website hosting” and you’ll fnd a lot of sites that help you design your site.
