OK, so I am in need of a very precise article of clothing, namely, a jacket that is red on the main body, and white on the sleeves. The collar is preferred to be white as well, but if it is red it’s no big deal.
Is there any quick way to find this? I don’t want all of you to waste your time, and i don’t want to waste mine, going to a bunch of clothing websites trying to find this.
(bonus points given to anyone who can guess why I need the jacket.)
Seriously, though, this isn’t really a plea for you guys to do all the searching for me, I just wanted to know if there’s an easy way, like maybe a site that only sells jackets, or orginizes by color, or something.
You can probably get one through a uniform store the way softball leagues and such get them. But since you’re only getting one, you’d probably have to pay more.
Actually, the varsity jacket is EXACTLY what I need, but theyare pricey, I;ll shop around, look on eBay and salvation army and goodwill and see what I can get. If nothing else, I’ll get two cheap jackets and combine them.
The giant ‘N’ in the first one helps, but the rest (the numbers and name on the back) hinder the goal, whereas the second one only has the ginat football I need to cover up…with a giant ‘N’!
Halloween costume? Maybe a group costume of the cast of Happy Days? Or Archie?
I have an old varsity jacket with white sleeves, but it’s gold on the body. If you could figure out some way of dying the body, I’d be happy to send it to you.
