I have been searching for one of those early seventies fringe jackets you know the ones im talking about right? well anyway im not having a lot of luck anyone know a clothing site or something where i could get one ?
I’d say that your best bet is to check out ebay. I’ve come across a lot of vintage clothes from the 70’s there. shudder

go to a costume store…
usually they have backstock like in basements and stuff
they usually have people who sell them stuff
and know what those people have.
I am not talking about a cheesy costume store for kids only.
There should be store where you are that rents … like renaissance
outfits that are in the hundreds of dollars and have authentic
retro clothes too.
My store near me is phenom in this area, so i know these things

These folk seem to be the jacket specialists.
What about op shops and thrift stores in your area? Usually they have heaps of vintage clothes.
My buddy, Flip, picks up cheap vintage clothing all the time. He usually hits oddity stores (one place called Aardvark’s, for instance) or the Salvation Army.
I have many vintage clothes found at lots of places listed here but this one jacket eludes my grasp

Shame you don’t live in Texas…Austin has more retro shops than you can shake a stick at, and I find stuff like that 'round here all the damn time. When what I’m really looking for is 40s stuff (or really anything remotely dignified), that can get aggravating.
Though I kinda like those fringey jackets…We have entire stores hereabouts that are packed to the gills with shtuff from the 70s.

well maybe i was just looking on a bad night or knowing me i probabvly spelled "jacket " wrong …Lol
