How do I have a flash movie play in a player YouTube style?

Hi, I created a flash movie that can be found here:

http://www.lifeonrecord.com/flashmovie.html

I want to put a link on my web site that will play it in a little window with the standard “stop”, “play”, “rewind” controls.

I’m pretty technical, but I’m not sure what I need to do. Do I need to install a player on my web server? Is there a free (open source) one that you’d recommend?

Even without the player I thought I could have gotten the movie to play in a small browser window (250 x 220 pixels) instead of the big one it’s currently playing in. Is there something I’m missing?

I believe you need to program a player into existence, using standard Flash scripting language, which you can learn via the Adobe Flash software.

I use this program. I’m using one of the Wordpress plugins based on it, but on its own you just have to write a few lines of code to embed it in your website.
