Mrs Piper is out of town for a week. How do I send her an e-card? are there sites that you can go to to set one up? any recommendations for a good service? do they cost anything?
I like using http://www.123greetings.com/
it’s free and sent via email
If you’d like something arts-y, Dover Books has multiple categories sourced from their publications:

There are tons of sites out there. Many, including FitR’s recommended “123”, let you schedule a send date – you can set up a week’s worth of e-cards in one visit, so Mrs. Piper would get one each day.
I guess I’m going to be a stick-in-the-mud, but I have to say I never trust any of those free e-greeting card sites. I’m always worried that they’re nothing more than e-mail address harvesting schemes.
Now that Kyrie Eleison has posted that warning, how about creating your e-card yourself?
There’s plenty of free graphics software on the Internet. Heck you could even use MS Paint.
You can always use a graphic you see on the 'net, paste it to MS Paint, then make whatever changes you want.
