How do the characters interconnect in New Year's Eve? (open spoilers)

This movie reminded me a lot of Love Actually in that it was a lot of short tales interwoven into one long one, and that all of the characters know each other in some way.

Hillary Swank was Robert DeNiro’s daughter. He died at the hospital where the babies of the competing couples were born.

Ashton Kucher was stuck on the elevator with the girl who sang in Bon Jovi’s band. Bon Jovi’s ex catered the big masked gala.

The courier wanted tickets to the gala, and charmed them out of Michelle Pfeiffer by fulfilling her wish list.

Sarah Jessica Parker didn’t want her daughter, Abigail Breslin, to go out on NYE by herself. Abigail ran away and Sarah spent the night trying to find her. The courier was her brother.

The guy who crashed his car needed a ride into the city so he could give a speech at the gala. He was supposed to meet a woman he’d met the year before at midnight at a restaurant. She turned out to be Sarah Jessica Parker.

What other plot lines and connections am I missing?

Ashton Kutcher and the courier were roomies.
The guy who crashed his car was the son of the woman owning the firm that organized the big masked gala (he also gave a speech there)
Michele Pfeiffer used to work for the firm organizing the gala (the name eludes me - Ahern Records?), which is how she got the invitations in the first place.

And the courier was SJP’s brother and Breslin’s cool uncle.

Minor one: SJP’s character worked for Radio City Music Hall and/or the Rockettes* and the Connecticut minister’s family was able to give car-crash guy/recording-company heir a ride back to NYC because they were going to RCMH.

*Which was presumably the courier’s “connection” to get Pfeiffer’s character on stage at the (empty) RCMH for the “flying” scene.
