I’m curious. Those of you okay with teachers doing Only Fans, where do you draw the line? Group sex, Running Trains, ATM, DAP, Getting Air-Tight with the Atlanta Falcons? At what point to you admit you don’t want this person near your children?

While I don’t know what “air-tight” means, I’m okay with all of those things being done by a consenting adult, whether they’re my kid’s teacher, rabbi, or mail carrier.

Well, there’s two issues there. One is doing those things. With the exception of the Atlanta Falcons, I can guarantee with near-certainty that there’s a teacher doing those things at this moment. By the numbers, almost certainly one of your (general) teachers or your (general) childrens’ engaged in those behaviors. Seems like a moot point.
Posting it online? If they’re actively trying to protect themselves and their professional lives (like one of the teachers in question, who was apparently outed by someone who recognized her husband’s dick or something equally disturbing), I honestly don’t give a fuck. When it comes into the classroom, that’s where the issue occurs. Strangely enough, that didn’t happen in either of the original cases, either.

So, there are things that you can image being posted where your child could come across them, or even hear about them in class-room gossip that would directly effect their ability to teach? Even if done by consenting adults?

IOW, what happens outside of the classroom (I’ll grant there are certainly exceptions) stays outside of the classroom.

I don’t think the kids were expelled because their mother does OnlyFans. The mom was told she couldn’t have her car in the pick-up lane because of the sticker with her OnlyFans link in the rear window, and told that she would have to park across the street and pick-up her kids. Things escalated because she demanded they provide a staffer to act as crossing guard and they refused, and when she got the media involved they booted her family. There’s apparently an agreement parents sign saying they’ll adhere to the schools moral standards, which they feel she doesn’t meet.

Teachers already have to cover up too many parenting failures in the classroom. Why do you insist on adding their private lives to that as well?
