How do you change your mind about something that bothers you?

I have a co-worker that I’ve mentally renamed Debbie Downer. She moans or whines or rolls her eyes about everything. I’ve decided to enjoy her consistency instead of letting her harsh my mellow. (Oh here she comes…yep, that’s our Debbie!)

I’m the same. I’ve had to dispatch injured animals (might just be a bird or a squirrel) And you have to pay attention to do it properly and quickly. The final moments get stuck in my head.
