How much does maple syrup set you back in Thailand? Or do they have “pancake syrup”?

A pretty penny. You can find real maple syrup in certain Western-oriented supermarkets. Maple syrup from Canada, from Vermont. Rather expensive. But ya know what? I actually prefer the “pancake syrup,” if by that you mean the likes of Aunt Jemima and Log Cabin, which are also found here and also pricey, but not as much as the real syrup. I find real maple syrup to be too runny, too liquidy.

I’ll jump in and agree with you before the avalanche of people calling you a “blasphemer”.

Crescent roll. No cheese.

And you have to use the pork little smokies. and you leave the ends of the smokies sticking out. Which means you only use a portion of the crescent roll dough for each one, not the entire thing. If you fully enclose the smokie, then it’s “Pigs in a sleeping bag.”

I’m surprised so many people are agreeing with this. Everyone seemed to think it was only hotdogs last time. I guess that was just because of the option in the top.

Also, I have to again show my cute pic from last time. I may not have been able to eat them if they looked like that.

Putting maple syrup on cabbage rolls just doesn’t seem right, somehow ;).
