So with all those seeds has anyone tried growing them? Is it a tree? A vine? A bush? Hmmmm, this could be an interesting project.
BTW Lynn, he probably just made a typo. Must’ve been Dog’s Hit
Man, that was easy. Google is indeed our friend. Here we go:
**HOW TO GROW A POMEGRANATE PLANT
Let seeds dry out for a few days, then place them in potting soil and keep warm and moist. Place pot in a sunny window. The seeds will germinate in about 2 months. Don’t let the soil dry out while you’re waiting. To keep the soil moist longer, slip the pot into a plastic bag and tie it closed. NEVER mist the plant. This will grow into an attractive, compact shrub which may eventually produce edible fruit.

I believe he asked how to eat a pomegranate. He expressed no interest in starting a pomegranate farm!
I wonder what happens if you freeze one? Must experiment some time.
If you want a shortcut to the flavour of pomegranate without the hassle of eating one, try adding Grenadine to mineral water - it’s very refreshing in hot weather (so maybe you want to shelve this idea for a few months).
I know i have had pure pomegranate juice from a health food store, about 3 bucks for a one liter bottle.
Surprisingly good,despite its tartness.
I love pomegranate juice - you can get it all over the place here. It varies from pale pink to deep purply red, just like the fruits do.
The thing I find that stains worst is the rind, it leaves your cuticles bright yellow.
