7 out of 10. The red dots, I really did not see any number or letter but just guessed something and that one happened to be correct. So really I got 6 out of 10.
Well, you should probably look for a better test at least, it seems to me that the results of this one would vary quite a bit with the panel and settings of the monitor used.
10/10, but there are seriously small differences between some of those shades. This might be as much a test of your computer monitor as it is of your eyes.
My wife and 1 of my dtrs have incredible ability to discriminate among colors. You know the kind of thing: “That blue has too much red in it.” To me, the paint chips all look blue to me.
They basically just assume I have NO IDEA what colors look good together, etc. So I simply leave all such decisions to them.
I remember another similar test, but it had (seemingly) hundreds of hues that you were supposed to put in order. My wife and kid just put them in order as quickly as they could click and drag. For me, it was in impossible task.
My dad was reg/green colorblind. Couldn’t find a red golf tee in the grass. I’m not colorblind - just not good at discrimination.
I was actually hoping for a different sort of test. My wife and I often disagree on whether a color is pink (defined as strictly a mixing of red and white) or purple (IOW, adding some amount of blue to the mix). I was hoping I’d find out if I was right or wrong.
I got 8 out of 10 on my first try… and I am officially colorblind! (deuteranomalous trichromat, to be specific). On the other hand, green is my problem color and there was only one question involving green.
It’s possible your wife and daughter are tetrachromats with greater than normal ability to perceive differences in color. Or maybe they have normal color vision and are just really good at such tests.
