No one’s talked about it (in/to the media) for over a year. I’d be curious what would happen if his victims began talking again, or if we had some new accusers.

Money. Money and his complete lack of human decency.
They are a small but vile and nasty extreme white nationalist group who like to stir up hatred and a number have been arrested for racially motivated harassment . The man who murdered left-wing MP Jo Cox last year also shouted “Britain First” before stabbing her to death.
They have also notably been accused and found to have doctored or misrepresented photographs of people (particularly Muslims) in order to generate hate.
Aside from the murder of an elected politician they have been ignored by people in the UK as much as possible. Nobody wants to give them publicity which would feed them. Today is a big set back.
Yay. Our president is a terrorist.
Thanks, Obama!
Oops…I mean, Trump!
:smack:
Well what do you know; fake news !
Is Snopes a publicly traded company? I’d like to get me some. They’re in today’s version of a “growth industry.”
You would think so; but the people who most need Snopes in their life are the least likely to use it.
There have probably been a million arguments that follow this pattern:
Person A presents bullshit fake-news item.
Person B refutes it with Snopes
Person A presents 2nd bullshit fake-news item, that says Snopes is funded by George Soros and the Clinton Foundation.
End of debate.
This is what I lose sleep over. How will we ever get back to a time where we all work from the same set of facts?
Well, anti-Muslim, anyway.
What is the main difference? Well, that I see, that these people admitted their mistakes and apologized, while trump and co denies denies denies. For instance.
The lesson learned from this, it is better to deny the allegations, and call the women liars and worse, than it is to own up to your mistakes, apologize, and try to do what can be done to make things right.
“We” (humanity) has never, ever been there. We seem to be losing gained ground though, regarding the ability to discern fact from fiction.
Trump did admit to saying what he said on the tape, and he apologized. He said it was locker room talk. He addressed it again at the debate shortly afterwards. The fake news thing has only come up recently.
As far as calling the women who came forward with personal stories about him “liars”, he did do that.
I think Trump is a special case. People wanted to blow up the system. They would have voted for Pennywise, or a potted plant. They knew he was a lying bastard, but thought it wouldn’t affect them, or that it would be fun to watch the system break and didn’t care about the consequences.
Oh, jeez. Now he’s back to birtherism: http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/28/politics/donald-trump-barack-obama-birth-certificate-nyt/index.html
Can we surmise that the Dotard is engaged in panic time poo flinging? It’s the only thing that gives me a glimmer of hope.
Well, StormFront isn’t an option on everyone’s cable provider.
Well granted, a shithead like you might have a little bit of a problem handling it when adults speak.
Since they are covering precisely what was tweeted what difference does it make?
I never understand this either.
CNN: “President Trump said ‘Blah blah Blah’”
People who think he is the greatest thing ever - “Fake News!”
How can a direct quote be fake news?
I assume you’re referring to Sen. Orin Hatch saying Trump is the greatest president he’s ever served under.
Can you cite who called that statement, “Fake News”?
No, you assume incorrectly.
I mean “voters and other random dumb people who think Trump is awesome and can do no wrong” call CNN and other outlets “Fake News!” even when the news is simply a reporting of direct quotes by the President and other members of the US Government.
