Well, to be fair - there is no mechanism in place for him to not take a salary. But I agree with running coach, this “end of 2017” Bullshit is probably a delaying tactic. Either that, or his “charity” will be the Trump Foundation’s successor.

What do you want to bet that he doesn’t donate that salary back to the US Treasury? Any takers on whether he takes the tax deduction? He promised not to take any money for being President, but AFAIAC even holding it for a year then giving it back is lying since he can earn interest on it in the meantime. Also, I am sure that there is a way to refuse his salary. Just don’t deposit the check. Problem solved.
Or sign the check over to whatever charity he chooses. Assuming federal employees still get a paper check.

Trump is planning on cutting funding for Meals on Wheels programs ! How the fuck is this going to " Made America Great Again!!!??" MOW does wellness checks on seniors that live alone to made sure they have heat in the winter and that they’re OK . And this is sometime the only company an elderly person will have to all day !
I had clients that told me it was good to have company for 5 minutes b/c they don’t have health aide everyday . This made my blood boil , Trump has no compassion for poor olds and sick people ! Trump is going to let people go hungry to build his fucking wall to keep immigrants out and 2 of this wives are immigrants and so was his grandfather ! We should build a wall around the White House to keep Trump out!
