As for the money laudering aspect, I noticed that they limit the number of cards one can purchase to 100 putting it just below the IRS reporting requirements. Also reselling a card results in a 10% royalty of the sale price to “the creator” (i.e. Trump). So one could churn resales to generate a constant money laundering stream.
