Jeez, that’s twice this week. First Kevin Newsom and now Robin Welker. Actually, I knew someone named Robin Welker years ago, so that’s where it came from.
Speaking of Meet the Press, he was asked what he was doing during the January 6 riots, and he said, “I’m not going to tell you.”
Answer: stroking the mushroom. 
Correct. He could only pardon himself - if at all - while in office, for Federal offenses.
No it’s a state case, they’re just holding it at a federal courthouse (which does confuse things). But they’re state charges for violating state law,
It doesn’t have to be public, what matters is whether or not it was filed with the appropriate people. There is a pardon office that assists with pardons and makes them official. It’s similar to the bureaucrats who make certain that proper classifications/declassifications are communicated to those who need to know.
So it wouldn’t be secret but wouldn’t necessarily be publicly announced. But it would need to be on file somewhere for the record. Trump can’t just claim something and have nothing to back it up just because he was POTUS for a few years.
For fun I looked up any clemency cases at the pardon office’s web site with the last name “Trump” and nothing showed up. 
There is no requirement that a pardon be filed, and the Pardon Office is not involved in every case. A number of Clinton’s last-minute pardons in January 2001 never went through that office.
Isn’t that what he’s been doing all along?
Well, he’s also apparently still making friends in Jewish circles:

Trump says if he were back in the White House, he could end the Ukraine conflict in 24 hours.
Yeah, I’ll bet he would: By betraying the Ukrainians just like we did the Kurds, and joining the conflict on Russia’s side.
Yup. He would pull the plug on all aid/munitions going to Ukraine. And threaten to pull out of NATO if other NATO countries did not do the same.
Rinse and repeat for other Europeans countries.

There was a (phone?) commercial a couple of years ago where a woman and a… creature(?) were talking on their phones. The woman says, ‘Why don’t you come over? You’re only ten feet away!’ The creature (or whatever) says in a disappointed tone of voice, ‘It’s far…’ I always use that certain inflection that I can’t describe in text when someone says ‘It’s far away’; or if someone (like a Trump supporter) can’t figure something out, ‘It’s hard…’ or ‘Math is hard…’

For Ukraine he says he pull the funding. I’m sure he’d then aid Russia with weapons. Seriously.
But I thought “Russia, Russia, Russia” was a hoax? And that there’s no reason to believe Putin rigged the 2016 election in his favor?
Correct, there is no reason to think that. That’s paranoid fantasy.
Now, Russia did aid Trump via troll farms seeding the gullible with misinformation, but that’s no more rigging the election than saying that Biden rigged the 2020 election by making campaign speeches.
Russia absolutely interfered in the election, but “rigging” entails vote fraud. Russia only wishes it could pull that off.
To hear some Arizonians, China sent submarines with soy sauce stained rice paper ballots to upend the 2020 election in their state.
Quite a trick in a landlocked state!
