My namesake was a Medal of Honor recipient. He got out of bed while he was sick with dystentery and piloted Admiral Farragut’s flagship out of harm’s way while under heavy Confederate fire. This is the equivalent of pissing on his grave and on those of thousands of other men and women who had more courage and bravery in their pinky finger than Trump has ever had in his entire body.

The incredible thing is that he only said all that because one of his aides pissed off Adelson and, to make sure the cash keeps flowing, he had to publicly flatter her. I’m sure whoever came up with the idea of using her receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom thought she would be satisfied with that acknowledgement. So he could have just left it at that but, no. Trump, being Trump, had to go off script to make the honor seem even more biglier by casually insulting the soldiers who got the “lesser” honor. What a fucking dumbass. Too bad the people who need to hear it, won’t.
