I seriously doubt that if imprisoned, Donald would be allowed to bring his makeup supply with him. (He must go through barrels of it weekly.)

Of course it’s not likely that he would be imprisoned with any general population, if he’s given prison time at all, instead of house arrest (which some think likely). But if he IS incarcerated: no more bronzer!

House arrest? Isn’t that place in Florida where he’s squatting technically not a domicile? How can he use a non-domicile for house arrest?
Since the crimes and conviction were in NYC, I would imagine he would be confined to his apartment in Trump Tower.

But Palm Beach is reviewing the terms of the agreement, to decide whether they might be able to close the place (I heard Gretchen Whitmer at the convention call it “Mare a Largo”) due to the impact of the Secret Service closing roads: it is at an intersection with the main island road and the bridge from West Palm Beach, so road closures can be a big problem for other Palm Beach residents).

My neighbor, a retired police major, was a fervent Trump supporter. Trump’s support of the J6 rioters has him not voting for his orangeness. Don’t know that he’ll be able to actually vote Democratic, but progress.
The dam is starting to break up.
A thirty something coworker approached me a few days ago and asked who I was voting for in the election and I told her Harris w/o missing a beat. She confessed that she had voted for trump in the past but was now voting Democrat. A small victory in my little corner of the world.
I have a friend who voted for the ShitGibbon in '16 (in a very blue state, so not that big a deal) and then was dismayed at how bigly a shitshow he was. This is a person who is a long way from being a dumbass – I suspect he was just turned off by Ms Clinton.
My sister lives in melon felon country and has supported him since he slithered onto the Republican party ticket the first time. She’s now referring to him as an idiot. Sadly, though, she’s also calling Harris “just as much an idiot as” the melon felon.
So, yeah, progress, but excruciatingly slow progress. I fear that’s the way it will be for the majority of the Republicans for whom he no longer has the luster and they don’t have a ready-made shiny new toy that isn’t a Democrat.
If you can convince your sister to just not vote for either candidate… you know, to send a message!.. well, a lost 2020 voter for Trump will be hard to replace.
