On Friday, a few minutes after Trump called journalists “the enemy of the people” at a rally, a man charged the media section and had to be tasered. Trump called the incident “beautiful,” and said, “He’s on our side.”
In the video, you can see a lot of the Trumpists there seeming to boo and give thumbs down to the LEOs apprehending the attacker.
My wife saw this posted on Facebook, where the poster noted that not one media outlet has published an editorial criticizing Trump for this incident. The media are just letting him normalize worse and worse behavior.

I managed to stand it by doubling the playback speed so it was over in 4 1/2 minutes. The surgeon explaining it was matter of fact yet managed to convey a lot of scorn and ridicule.
CNN’s interview was hardly fawning. They were regurgitating right-wing talking points that Harris and Walz had to answer.
Yes, that’s the interview I saw. Harris and Walz were answering to Republicans’ talking points. CNN’s Dana Bash gave them no softball questions.
