I think what he’s saying is that if Putin gives him massive support in the 2024 election, then Trump will let Putin take whatever he wants in Europe. Poland will likely be next. I would not be surprised to see more Republicans jump on this train, even for the 2022 elections, and openly declare support for Russia.
The United States has always had folks that side with the enemy.

Heh, I like how 20,000 attended, but 100,000 protesters to the rally were outside, and that apparently NYC set a record (that still stands) of deploying 1,700 uniformed cops, 600 undercovers and even 35 firefighters (to deal with any possible riots breaking out).
I see similar pushback down the road.
