I recently saw a meme that offered 'clots and prayers ', and while I try not to go low, I did LOL.
I don’t think this is especially good news. Nor surprising news.
What’s going on (IMO) is they hope everyone will forget the slush fund after the next big distraction, then the money will quietly disappear into one of trump’s many pockets.
You’re probably right. These things are so outrageous, it’s futile to try to guess what the next scandal will be. Though it will either boost his ego or fill his pockets. Whatever it is it will make all of us poorer.
This seems like a misunderstanding of what the “slush fund” was.
The DOJ has something called a “judgment fund”, which is a perpetual appropriation that lets the DOJ settle and pay legal cases. The “Anti-Weaponization Fund” was set up to draw on that appropriation. It was just a poorly-crafted excuse to steal money that was already allocated to the DOJ. Using the judgment fund was a way to let the Trump administration grab money without Congress giving approval, because again, it was money already provided to the DOJ and therefore under control of the Executive.
The slush fund wasn’t gathering any money that wasn’t already there; it was just a fig leaf to reallocate the money already under DOJ control. If they were going to quietly take money away, they wouldn’t have bothered with this circus to begin with. The fact that they did all of this demonstrates that there was no way to do it quietly, so no, that’s not going to happen.
Not forgetting the many stories of trailer park residents becoming victims of lightning strikes-----June 14 in the D.C. area, historically, has often been a day of severe storms. Including lightning.
This offers some insight into the Regime’s interest in having an audience of active-duty military------who presumably cannot sue if the big-ole-metal frame becomes electrified, frying a certain number of those within it…
I see where Google wants to release up to 64 million mosquitoes in California and Florida. It’s a test with sterile males. I wonder if a release of a few million female mosquitoes at the UFC fights on the White House lawn (what little is left of it) at the FREEDUMB 250 fiasco June 14th is possible? Bad for the dragooned troops but a few dozen bites on the indignitaries sure to be present would be worth it to see all the slapping, flailing, and itching.

Trump is now saying that his UFC Octagon on the South Lawn might “never, ever go away”
“We’re building something in front of the White House that’s quite attractive to a lot of people,” he said. “It’s gonna have the big UFC fight on June 14th, and I’m looking at it and maybe we’ll never, ever take it down.”
Is he saying this just to mess with the heads of his opponents and those who accuse him of having crass tastes? Or is this legitimately the way he feels? You decide.
He’s saying it because it’s what’s popped into his head at the moment. Nothing more than that.
Agreed. I can’t figure out why any organization reports what Trump says as news. It doesn’t mean anything.
Apparntly Trump published three pictures just before midnight – a rear-view of him on a podium, labeled “The Greatest Attraction”, a picture of him with Whitney Houston (apparently trying to show that he was, at one time, capabe of hob-nobbing with Clas-A talent), and a icture suggesting he could be James Bond. Really.
And finally, the president posted an image of himself and some kind of a mirror or set of mirrors creating a distorted effect in the reflection.
The image was titled “Trump 007,” reflecting another of the president’s recent obsessions: himself as British superspy James Bond.
Dream on! As Kingsley Amis (Writing as “Bill Tanner”) in The Book of Bond: or Every Man his own 007 said, “There cannot be a fat James Bond.”
