How long before trump is Bozoed?

(Assuming he loses).

For those unfamiliar with the term, I first heard it used by Guy Kawasaki from Apple. He pointed out that whenever someone leaves a company, it’s almost inevitable that pretty quickly the remaining employees will say “oh, that guy? Yeah, he was a Bozo.” He said the best that could be hoped for was for it to take awhile, if you weren’t really a Bozo.

So, how long will it take for Trump (who really is a Bozo).

That attitude was a bit specific to Apple, and came straight from Jobs, a narcissist who thought exactly this way, that the people who he encountered in life were either heroes or bozos. The former was a very short list and someone could be both in the space of a single day in Jobs’ eyes. This f’d up attitude filtered to the whole company for the most part. As you can imagine, Apple was (and may be) a shit place to work.

I think it will be immediate. Once it becomes clear that he no longer has the power to enforce the NDAs he makes everyone sign lots of people will have a story or ten to tell. And tell them they will.

YMMV but 60-70 million people voting that they want somebody else to do your job would be have been reasonably definitive, no?

By this criterion and others, he’s long since been, and continues to be, Bozoed already.

Almost everyone who has left administration during his term began the Bozo campaign.

If Trump loses and loses badly, it will begin almost immediately. David Frum has had a tweet pinned to the top of his account since July 2019 that says “When this is all over, nobody will admit to ever having supported it.” I get the impression that’s what we’re headed for. Kind of like Germany in 1950.

Jobs used to bash lots of Apple people really badly. Not sure why many of them stayed and took all that abuse. I guess for some it was the stock options. For others I guess because Apple is sort of a cult. I worked for a place that was also sort of a cult and for a long time nobody quit. Now younger people quit a lot more because their pay is low. In fact the CEO complained about people leaving for better pay. I wonder who could fix that pay problem, maybe the CEO?

Negative 4 years?

At 12:01 on 1/20/21, everybody who is now holding his/her nose and working for that scumbucket will take a deep breath, raise their hands in triumph, and should “Thank God almighty, I’m free at last.” Except for the True Believers, they’re all going to be hiring ghost writers and getting literary agents to sell their inside stories of this monumental clusterfuck.

I think right now, they know the ship will sink. They know he’s an idiot, they know he has no morals. But they keep their heads down and keep their opinions of him private.

I expect it’ll be pretty quick as the jockeying for position to take over what’s left of the Republican Party heats up. Soon, “Donald Trump (D)” chryons will appear on Pox Noise.
