A buddy of mine registered as a guest last week or so, and he is still unable to post. He’ll be a paying member soon, but he wants to try it out first. Is there an issue with his guest membership, or is activation just taking a while right now? Should he keep waiting patiently for posting privaleges, or is there something an Admin needs to do?

Did he get his confirmation email? It’s probably sitting in his spam folder; that’s the most common complaint I hear these days.
In any event, since I had to look at his entry anyway, I moved him into the member database. He’s good to go. I also changed his join date to give him the full 30 day trial.
