It varies a lot from woman to woman. It also depends on if she’s sexually aroused or not. When aroused, the vagina lengthens, much like a penis does. When not sexually aroused, the vagina is generally about 3 inches deep, although some are as shallow as 2, and some as deep as 6. It’s longer if you measure the posterior (closer to the butt) edge than the anterior (closer to the front) edge. When aroused, most women can accommodate up to about 9 inches, but again, it varies a lot from woman to woman.
