A post last Wednesday 1/5/05 (not found by “Search”) asked if shrimp cooked the previous Friday 12/31/04 would be good to eat (after 5 days). Lots of opinions, mostly NO or subject to question. No citations.
My wife purchased cooked shrimp at the deli Friday PM, placed them in the refrigerator and served them on Sunday.
They didn’t seem to be crisp as I expected. A web search turned up the following:
