I have to prepare a shrimp pasta salad for Monday, so I’ll be cooking it tomorrow.
Will there be a problem with freshness if I buy the shrimp today, refrigerate it, cook it tomorrow, and serve it around lunchtime Monday (it will be refrigerated from cooking to serving time except for about 15 minutes in the car)?
Also, is there a difference in freshness/quality of shrimp from Kroger/Publix or the Farmer’s Market/Whole Foods?
