So we know how many calories there are in the average male ejaculant, but how many calories are there in a pint of Guinness Stout?
As I see it there are three, no, four basic types of Guinness Stout with which I am familiar:
Irish draught
Export Draught
American Draught
American Bottled
And American Canned (pub draught, with the whirly aerator).
Since I do not want to get into the meaning of a “real” pint (16 vs. 20 oz (vs. 19.2 oz half litre) let us measure it by the ounce so that everyone may add up his or her own pint.
Wow. So if I did my math right–y’all feel free to correct my math–[giggle] a 20 oz. pint of Guiness is @280 calories. That’s not much at all. I still don’t understand why folks think that dark beers like Guiness are some kind of meal when they don’t have that many calories. I’ll admit I had no idea Sierra Nevada Porter would be more than Guiness weighing in at @310 calories.

That link mentions the Extra Stout variety of Guinness, which is brewed from a much higher gravity(1.052) than draught Guinness(1.035), giving it more alcohol and more unfermentable proteins and sugars, hence more calories.
According to this link draught Guinness it has 210 per 20 oz pint, making it more like a light beer than a regular beer.
