I’ve been to ~probably~ a couple dozen; five or six at Wrigley Field, one at Kauffman Stadium (KC), and the rest at Busch Stadium (the old and the new).
Poll to follow.

Between Dodger Stadium, Petco Park, Safeco Field and a few others, well over 50. Well over. I’ve been going to Dodger games since they’ve been in LA.
I think four. Wait maybe 5. I’m up to 6 now. Chronologically:
One at the old Tiger Stadium in Detroit.
Two at old Exhibition Stadium in Toronto.
Two at Skydome (Rogers Centre) in Toronto.
One at Fenway Park, Boston.
A hundred or so. When the Orioles were terrible throughout the 00s and tickets were dirt cheap I used to go a lot. And there was an usher there named Dan who would move me down to a much better section for a sawbuck.
About five, I think. Three or four Indians home games, one or two Phillies.
My one was at the tiger stadium too!
I’m guessing around 40. Two or three a year, for last 10 years (Seattle), and a handful before that.
Probably 5 to 10 in Baltimore (Memorial Stadium), one at the new Yankee Stadium, one at Shea, one in Milwaukee, and a couple at Wrigley Field.
Probably 30. Mostly at Fenway, but three at Nat’s park and one at new Yankee Stadium, and a few at the old San Diego park-Qualcom?
Probably around 30-40, all at Fenway.
Probably close to 200 or so. Dozens at Royals stadium as a kid and about 20 per year since 2006 at Busch. At least a few dozen at the old Busch before that, so maybe pushing 250.
Crap! Seven. I forgot about Olympic Stadium in Montreal!
A few (3?) Nationals home games and one Orioles pre-season game back when Camden Yards was new.
Saw over 100 when I lived in Boston. There’s no MLB team near where I’m living now but I’ve been to 20 minor league games this year.
I’ve been to a few. I’d rather go to a game than watch it on television, but I’d really rather watch something else.
I voted under 50 but its probably right around that, either a little above or below. If you add in minor league games it would be over.
About 100 at Wrigley Field, plus about 15-20 more in Comiskey, another 8 or so in St. Louis and 1-5 each at another counts on fingers about 15 ballparks, many of them extinct. Somewhere around 150 altogether.
Lots of minor league games as well, especially as I live within a dozen miles of a ballpark.
My totals, now that I’ve answered (I think) all the polls:
NASCAR = 0
NFL = 0
Premier League = 0
NHL = less than 10
NBA = less than 10
MLS = less than 10
MLB = about 150
You can see where my fandom lies (and where my $$ goes).
Somewhere between 20 and 50. I usually attend at least one game a year when the Royals are playing the Yankees, and have since 1990 or so. I also usually take my son to a Mets game for his birthday, and maybe another once or twice in any given year. One game in Camden Yards, and two at Kauffman Stadium.
Three but that’s counting spring training games.
Somewhere between 100 and 200.
A bunch at Wrigley Field (and one watching from one of the buildings past left field), several White Sox games, and one Braves game.
