How Many of Us Will Totally Lose Our Shit Before Election Day?

Thanks to you, this is what I will hear during every political ad from now until November.

I’m not sure whether the fact that it is an improvement over reality is a good thing or a bad thing.

First of all; Hey 'luci is in MPSIMS! I usually only see him in the Pit because I don’t go into GD - it’s a scary place.

Secondly; I have found that 8 years of the current administration have pretty much numbed my shit all to hell and I don’t seem to be able to react to anything. Which is probably a good bad thing.

Thirdly;

Heh, he said “gay poker”. snicker

Red sparkly Mary Janes? Will you put on a blue-checked dress as well? :stuck_out_tongue:

The scary thing is, I’m doing it to myself. Only 4 months ago, China could have exploded, and I wouldn’t have known until someone told me. Now I’m watching three hours of news a day minimum, plus hanging out in Great Debates and the Pit. I know I’m setting myself up for a fall in November, but I can’t stop. It’s the anger, you see. The built up rage of eight long years. The worst of all? Even if we win, things won’t improve that much. Obama is a centrist, not one to rock the boat much. There will probably never be prosecutions. The Justice Department may not even be cleaned up.

Yeah, I’m a mess already. I shudder to think what I’ll be by October. Possibly burnt out and indifferent. At least I will vote, though. Not that it makes too much difference, since I live in NJ, a solidly blue state, thank whatever powers there may be.
