- Should have got more…and I do not even have the excuse that I couldn’t get the pointer over the tiny countries, like Rwanda.
84…
but I was regionally close on many of them - which really isn’t a good excuse, come to think of it.
Still, we never studied that in school (We only did South America in Spanish class - and Europe & Asia were entirely different at the time (geography is much easier when you can point at a huge section and label it USSR)

All those little countries along the Ivory Coast get too confusing but I’m most embarrassed to say I didn’t know where Nigeria really was. I do not deserve to help Mr. Austin Wemba in his financial endeavors. :o
- Yay?
119/147. But some of those were only because the test tells you the name of a country if you guessed it wrong, so it is easy to find when they ask for it later. Although I’m embarrassed to admit that I picked Benin 3 times without remembering it…
- Damn! I knew Ghana was the smaller of the square-shaped countries, Ivory Coast being the other. As a geography geek, I truly expected to get 100%.
38/141 eatin Eritrean food payed off for one anser.

I used to enjoy thumbing through an Atlas as a child, and I’ve also lived in both Europe and Asia. However, I never specifically looked at states, which lets me down for the US and Canada. As for countries, the Caribbean and most of West Africa are the only areas where I really have no clue.
Heck, I’ve received e-mails from the widows or daughters of the deposed leaders of at least half the countries of the continent, offering me a cut of several million dollars in gold bullion.
Okay, I only got 72, which is kinda sad, but really, how can you possibly have to guess on South Africa?
Daniel

Before I quit paying attention to most things in life I would have done better . . . . . I guess.
Not even going to try… I’m not so good at geography. Next year, however, when I have to know all the countries in all continents*, that may change.
*Judging from what I’ve seen of my sophomore friends cramming for Hum with maps in 1st period, and that the course is called World History and Geography, I’d say it’s a pretty fair guess, that I’ll learn some geography.
