How much does Gas cost in your town?

The cheapest place in Lincolnwood (NW Chicago suburb) that I can find is $1.61.

In Chicago proper it starts at about 1.84 +/- .05.

In metro Melbourne at the moment it is between 80-90 cents per litre (app. $2.90 - $3.30 AUD per US gallon…or roughly $2.00 US).

In northern Illinois (Rockford), regular unleaded has been at about $1.379 since yesterday; it always seems to go up a dime on Thursday afternoon but drops back down after the weekend. I expect to fill up for about $1.259 on Monday.

Northeast of Houston - $1.32[sup]9[/sup], $1.42[sup]9[/sup] and $1.52[sup]9[/sup].

Ooooh, I win I win! Napa is currently at 1.98 as of yesterday.

The cheapest around here is $1.36 Average is about 3 cents more (87 octane unleadrd)

Northern Nevada it’s around $1.69 - 1.89/gallon.

Our prices haven’t come down yet at all. Still $1.95 with some places $1.92. And like Muad’Dib said, the outer islands are more expensive.

Gas in the Youngstown, Ohio area is about $1.39 or so for regular unleaded gas.

It swings pretty widely here in Cleveland, OH, especially around the weekends. I paid 1.26 this morning, this evening it was up to 1.48 for 87 octane.

If you swing by my town, prepare to pay at least $3.80/gallon.

At the local AM-PM - $1.39.9. That the cheapest in THIS county (western Washington, across the Sound from Seattle).

As of this morning, .66 per litre. That's at the station a couple of blocks away. Down the hill, on the main highway it's .76.

Weekend before last, June 13, we got gas in Abbotsford for $.57, which is as low as I’ve seen it for several years.

$2 - 2.05 per gallon for 91 octane in Ventura County, CA.
I’m glad I don’t drive much.

lawoot: A friend of mine used to live in Hoquiam. That was the cheapest gas I’d seen in a long time. (e.g., it was $1.29 there when it was $1.80 in So.Cal last winter.)

Just another reason why I wish my company would let me set up a remote office in Washington!

It was about a buck thirty here in Atlanta, but to be honest, I don’t pay that much attention.

$1.65/gallon this morning.

It’s come down a little lately; it was in the $1.70-something range a few weeks ago.

I saw it recently going for $1.279 here (Painesville/Mentor, OH; east of Cleveland), but it has since risen to $1.329-1.479. And now, there’s that gasoline tax hike the governor just passed (I think it’s an additonal 6¢).

Here in West Virginia we are running about $1.41 a gallon for the cheap stuff. I’m in a “big city” so I imagine our prices are about as bad as it gets statewide.

Roughly USD $4 per gallon in Oslo, Norway.
