How much snow did you get?

More than we needed. More than I wanted. Too damn much. Or, 7 inches they would have us believe.

Yea, yea. If it was a male weatherperson telling ya ya got 7 inches, you can bet it was really only about 5.

I’m a little south of y’all Albany folks, and when I stuck a ruler outside this morning it read around 30 inches.

We’re in the 12-14" range here. Is it April yet?

19.5 at Farmington NY. Four wheel drive and planning a trip really makes a difference.

It is now beguining to thaw. Can’t wait for the flooding

I’m so pissed. I left a snowy Chicago day (last friday) to spend Christmas with my mother in Tulsa, OK, which is usually pretty nice. On Monday, they got about 7" of snow. Since they don’t get much snow there, they don’t know how to handle it, so it was a mess. Meanwhile, it’s WARMER and NO SNOW in Chicago!! Then I fly back just in time to find snow and ice in Chicago, while tomorrow’s forecast in Tulsa is sixty freakin’ degrees.

I swear I’m cursed.

I live in the same town as JeffB, and when we went out last night the snow was up above my knees, and I’m 6 feet tall!

I’m originally from South Texas, though, and this was my first “white christmas” ever, so I guess that’s something.

(We were planning on going out for christmas dinner, but decided at the last minute to buy stuff and cook at home. I’m glad we did!!)

We got 600 FEET!!!

Of SUN!

Because I live in Australia.

None in Los Angeles. It was damn cold, but none of that fluffy white stuff. So basically we froze our asses off with no reward.

About a quarter of an inch.

This year is weirdly warm… by now, we usually have like, 2 feet of snow and are at -40 (celcius) temperatures… but on christmas, it was -10c. and so far we have maybe MYABE half a foot of snow.

Heh. Hey, antie ginger… you move away to get away from the cold, and what happens? The cold goes away!

I’m very sorry to say that I used to think that in america, you didn’t get snow. Of course, that was because I went to disneyland in California a week before christmas and I was swimming in an outdoor pool and wearing shorts and a tank top the whole time we were there… the fact that I was in grade 3 might have had something to do with it…

Wellssir, no snow, being in Texas 'an all, but we did get a Christmas tornado.

About 3 inches in Boston…maybe a little more, but it didnt stay around long. The roads were horrible though, I was driving home Wednesday night, and could barely see a foot in front of me.

It’s all melting now. Yay.

No snow here in Pine County, MN.

Again, I’m not complaining.

After living in Ohio my whole life, I moved to Colorado in January thinking there was 6 feet of snow on the ground year 'round. WRONG! On Christmas, it was sunny and about 40 degrees. =( I miss horrible Ohio winters!

No snow in Iowa yet.

None here in Vancouver (except on the mountains), though I’m told it did snow for a very tiny while in Langley / Coquitlam. The highways, however, are another story.

F_X

Very light dusting about 3 am and nothing that sticks. Kinda nice though as Shanghai rarely gets snow.
