Really? 50 is just a number. I don’t feel 50 at all, I am in great shape, am active, have a great wife and kid, love my profession-- so the ‘number’ of years I have been alive is 50, so be it. I have a really good friend who just turned 70 and runs a half marathon each year and he was lamenting that he can’t do it in less then 2 hours anymore, he did it in 2:19:48. That is the spirit I am taking into my second century! Woo-hoo!!
