Primary vehicle if you like. I just want to take a snap shot of SDMB society’s vehicular circumstances.
Right now. Not tomorrow if you were at the dealership today.

Mine’s a 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis. I hope to keep it five more years. We’ll see!
I have a '98 Volvo S70 with 115K miles on it.
It’s almost exactly 13 years since I drove it off the lot.
2000 Nissan Frontier King Cab. It’s only got 150,000 miles or so on it, so we’re good for another 10 years or so.
I just bought an immaculate 2003 Ford Ranger with 63,000 kms on in several months ago and discarded my 87 Ranger for $200 at the wreckers.
2005 Hyundai Elantra. 112 K miles. Probably will be my last car, or at least I hope so. I’m about to the point where I shouldn’t be driving for my own safety, not to mention all the other innocent people on the road. I hope when the car dies, I’ll have sense enough to surrender my license.
2000 Honda Accord with 150k miles on it.
1998 Chevy Venture. 130k on the clock. That just recently snapped a camshaft.
2011 Prius with 2,000 miles on it.
1994 Acura Integra. It looks like hell (dented left front side and trunk, plus dogs ate most of the inside of the car, which has been mostly repaired) but it runs great, and gets almost 35 mpg to boot. 153,000 miles and I hope to keep it around for another 50,000 or so.
2005 Saturn VUE with 86,000 miles on it. We bought it used right after Cash-for-Clunkers ended. I’m not sure it’ll be paid off before it dies.
1999, but my commuting car is a 1993, and we got it in 1992. Hoping to reach 20 years with it.
2008 Subaru Impreza with ~95,000 miles on it.
Mileage is 139,000. Mileage is decent, about 17MPG, and I need a truck. No plans to trade this one.
2007 Ford Freestyle. Last payment in August. First two years - 60k km, total for 5 years is almost 85k. We did a pretty decent job of reducing our driving
1999 Toyota Solara
I just ticked over to 283,000 miles. Woo-hoo! Every so often I consider trading it for something newer, or new, but other than being old and, at this point, looking it, there’s not much wrong with the car.
I think I can get at least another year out of it. I think I can. I think I can. I think I can.
2004 Hyundai Elantra with a bit over 110,000 miles. I got it paid off last year and I’m hoping to get a few more years out of it. With as many miles as I drive though, it may be pushing it.
1997 Ranger
~155000 miles
I can’t say I have a “primary”, but my favorite is a 97.
If I average out the 12, its a 78.9. I’m hauling a 79 to the junkyard soon, but the average stays the same. My wife wants a “newer” truck, so I predict the average will go up then.
I likes me some cars!
I don’t own a car.
