If Dubya had been born in lesser circumstances, he’d be washing dishes at your local Red Lobster. He has nothing to market except his last name and all the money he has in his pockets.
My point is that simply having sheer numbers in the population does not mean anything. White males haven’t dominated the White House just because there are more of them that vote (this may not even be true). They have dominated because they hold the most wealth. Currently, black people are still at the bottom rungs of society economically. It’s not simply a numbers game. It’s a power game.
