Goddamn monopolistic incompotent peckerheads. I have a domain name that I payed for, friedo.com. I’ve had this for a while, and it works fine, but I need to change the IP address of my primary name server. A whois shows that I am most certainly the administrative contact for my domain, yet when I submit a Host Template form to those felchers at NSI, I get back the following load of crap:
Now, the form I sent has the NIC handle for the host, WWW10320-HST, and the NIC handle for me, MFA97, and I am clearly listed as the administrative contact for the domain friedo.com. I sent the form from the email address listed in the administrative contact record. So how do I get these bastards to change the IP of my primary name server? Dealing with their damn email forms has been pissing me off (I’ve been trying to do this for at least two weeks) and I can’t find a phone number on their god-awful web site to call and bitch. And their “FAQ” isn’t an FAQ at all, it’s an advertisement. HELP ME!!!
